Highland Community Builders, a Green Advantage® Builder, is available to build one of several house plans, all of which fit the Highland Meadows Design Guidelines.  Choose a lot and HCB can even provide you construction financing to build you your home – no need for a separate construction loan.  Or, purchase a lot and, after reviewing the Design Guidelines, choose your own house plan and your own builder. It is your choice.
