Highland Community Builders unveiled new home plans for Highland Meadows at a “virtual ribbon-cutting ceremony” in April 2017. The new plans include two and three bedroom home plans named The Blackwater, The Cass, and The Audra and were developed from community input.
The event, held in April at The Vintage Restaurant in Elkins, West Virigina, was co-sponsored by the HomeOwnerships Center, Inc.
